About the Founder
Our founder, Gert Nzimiro is of mixed African/Caribbean heritage. With a Jamaican mother and Nigerian father he had the opportunity to live in both the Caribbean and Africa which he cherishes considering he has spent most of his life in the UK.
His background has given him a unique perspective both culturally and socially whilst being British.
He has spent decades in the career development space including 10 years as MD of one of the UKs largest recruitment companies.
Having worked in both Corporate and S.M.E. environments during his extensive career, he witnessed the efforts of organizations to enhance diversity and he played a pivotal role in assisting them to identify and attract talented professionals who aligned with their commitment to diversity.
